Foghorn leghorn

I’ve been up since 7:45 waiting for the fog to lift so I can go running. It retreats, then it rolls in again. Retreats, rolls in again. I’m not sure if it’s like this in town or just up here on the mountain, but I have to go pick up Freddie’s thyroid meds, plus drive my mom to her Thursday Thing, go back to the library (forgot to return a movie) and then therapy. I suppose I can run tomorrow, but it’s supposed to rain.

I really need to get my sister's treadmill up here. I’m starting to think it’s the only way I can keep up with my runs, and I’m loathe to do that because I love being outdoors.

FRUSTRATED.

I know what you mean. I used to run on the indoor track, but now I'm hooked on running outside. I know I complain about the weather, but still I prefer to run outside. I'll save the indoor track for when I can't safely run outside.

I'm probably going to join 24 Hour Fitness again. Normally they could go fork themselves, but my sister gets a discount from work, and she wants to join. I know it's easier to workout when you've got support, so I said I would join up with her. It would be an extra $8 a month for me.

At least until I get the treadmill up here, I'll have someplace warm and dry to run this winter.
